Shipping & Returns

Every order from the studio is handled with care. Please see below for all the need-to-know information on how we ship your order, plus details about our return policy. If your question isn’t answered here, please don’t hesitate to contact the studio.

Prints and small original paintings will be shipped via UPS or USPS to the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska—contact me for custom rates). Orders are shipped each week, Wednesday through Friday. If a rush delivery is needed, contact the studio for custom expedited rates.

All large original paintings are shipped via UPS. Buyers will receive tracking information as soon as the order ships. Please note that a signature is required for large artworks as a part of our insurance policy, so plan to be home when your artwork arrives.

Paintings and prints are packaged with care and are insured for their full value. If you receive a damaged package, please contact me within three (3) days with photographs of the damage. I will make it right! (Please note: The studio is not liable for any damages post-delivery.)

Allison Jones Hunt Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen or lost in transit, please file a claim with the shipping service (UPS). A signature is required for large artworks as a part of our insurance policy, so plan to be home when your artwork arrives. 

Prints may be returned in their original condition within 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for both returns and exchanges, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Prints that are marred, bent, or otherwise damaged in transit are not eligible for refunds, so please be sure returns are packaged safely in their original packaging.

All sales of original artwork are final. If you would like additional images or videos of large paintings to help you determine color palettes and sizing before purchase, feel free to contact the studio.

If there is an issue with your order, contact the studio and we will make it right.

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the agreed commission price is due when commission application has been accepted. The remaining payment is due upon completion prior to delivery. 

Allison Jones Hunt retains full rights to all artwork, including commissioned artwork. If you are interested in purchasing the rights to a piece, please contact the studio of details.
